Green army basha from ebay after kids destroyed the IPK - (ripstop my arse)
Some people consider £25 a lot for a bit of coated nylon with grommets in it and I'm one of them.

Postwar Brit tanker's lid in need of a respray and a liner. Bloody godsend at $NZD25- the cheapest I could get on postage was $USD25 plus the actual price of the shell.

I got some stuff from that Hiki vendor on E-bay. I thought I'd see what it was like.
It's like other Chinese stuff. No great shock there. Quite light weight wool in a green shade of field grey. I prefer the colour to that used by Ant-Z. It does remind me of HK Keith or Spearhead, but then it would? Main buttons need more sewing to keep them on.
Exact details of the accuracy of the cut will have to wait until I can drag the books out later.
I asked for a 48" chest fit and it does, just. Sleeve length is fine, not as long as Sturm.
The M34 caps are ok too, same thin wool but the insignia are not bad and come ready sewn, you can chose your soutasche colour. Cheap as chips too, costs as much to buy the insignia from anywhere else as it does for the whole cap. They call them M35 though.
A quick run over with a razor and I bet these uniforms would look pretty good. Not sure how hard wearing they would be but they are cheap enough and dont look awful.
Took two weeks to the day from paying to doorstep delivery.

Can't see why not, but will need to check whether these can be used at FSA, bring them anyway if you were intending to use them :good:

Just got my M3 fighting knife through in the post this morning (thanks Webby!) and couldn't wait to give it a quick 10 min paintup -

I'll probably strip this off and give it a proper paintjob sometime this weekend.

Just ordered a set of USMC fatigues and poncho from the Prop Store. Apparently they were worn by Sgt. Stone in episode 1 of The Pacific.
Oh man, will the spending ever end???

That's 3 of us now with Sgt Stone uniform.....

Time for our own forum sub section? :-)
