Game Fees are £25.

The full amount paid in advance is required to secure your place and can be paid via PayPal to yith (at) yith (dot) co (dot) uk. We prefer you mark the PayPal payment as a gift so that we can utilise the most of the money for making your game experience better.

When making payment, please put your full name, forum name (if available) and side you wish to play. PayPal is preferred, however a cheque can be sent/Cash at any game/open day meet ups, please PM me for details.

Payments are non-refundable; however you can transfer your place to another interested party if you can no longer make the event. Please let any of the organisers know if this is the case.

Initial bookings will be limited to 10 a side, but should both sides fill up then more spaces will be made available.

Thanks to the two that have booked in so far! However we really need to get a lot more than that if we're going to run this event as the site owner does need to cover his costs!

To that end if we don't get enough bookings by the start of next week (i.e. Monday 19th July) then we're going to have to postpone this event to later in the year.

All booking fees will be fully refunded or held for the new date.

I still haven't received my trousers back from Epic unfortunately, or I would have booked. Pretty sure noone wants me running around in me boxers...

Would be a shame if this didn't go through, my first chance to catch a WW2 game and all (plus, I'm in the area anyway).

**EDIT** Received trousers today, so payment sent! Who follows!? :happyclap:

Unfortunately there's not been enough interest in this event (especially from red army players) and so we have been forced to take the hard decision to cancel it.

We are planning to run an alternate Eastern Front event later in the year, though it is likely that it will not take place at FSA when it does so.

As promised all payments made will be refunded in full.

I really, really didn't want to have to do this and I've put it off as long as I could, but unfortunately we can't run an event with such low numbers of players.

With sincere apologies,

Yith.
